Being a customer of more mature years I do find technology
something of a challenge. So on going into the branch with an
issue on my Secure Key I was was pleased to be welcomed by
Sarita whose cheery and pleasant nature was a welcome sight.
She soon had the problem solved which was a relief to my confused brain....

Sarita showed me how to apply for a loan and found me a great online bonus saver account to open on the same appointment. Very well trained, friendly and charismatic. Great work!
