It's really annoying that the Nationwide Rainham Kent is closed on a Monday and Tuesday, but when the cash machine is also out of order, really frustrating ?

I can't fault their service, however if I went to the branch it would only be on a saturday morning or when I book a day off. I work 7.30 - 4 so by the time I get to the bank they are closed. Opening times is not great for full time workers. Suggest perhaps a late opening time until 6 even if it was just for one day...
