Everyone was very professional, friendly and efficient. We left the optician's at around 4.30pm and a hospital referral was sent through to Maidstone hospital immediately. Mum received a call from the hospital at lunchtime the next day. “I Ordered glasses last Monday and went to collect today. Upon receiving my glasses I noticed they were the wrong colour. They were very similar but I had my heart set on green. After some digging and a phone call they realised there had been a mix up with the frames and the pair I had ordered were discontinued which is why the wrong colour had come. They were quick to give solutions and offered to swap my lenses and put them in the display pair which were the green ones I had originally ordered. They were very kind and polite through out the whole thing. I am very happy with the outcome and understand that mistakes happen. I will definitely be coming here in the future if I ever need new glasses again.”
