Staff members (Folkestone Branch) are welcoming and very helpful but unfortunately you have to wait long in the queue for counter service where most of time only one counter open! Improvement needed..

Wouldn’t help me prove to the government that my Marriage certificate was genuine, even though it states that can perform this function on Gov website. No wonder why branches are closing down.
