I'd like to commend Bethany at the Folkestone HSBC bank, after my 89 year old mother attended the branch having been coerced into transferring funds by scammers. I went into the bank a few months ago to close an account and they forgot to hand back my driving licence and national insurance card . As they are both highly sensitive documents I have had no luck in getting these back. I have been in numerous occasions to be told they would ring me but they did not .
