Grumpy staff who don't seem happy to help.... Supervisor talking to a friend on the phone while looking at his work computer... Prices are good and location is fine - staff just need a little more focus.

I don't normally write reviews for places but today I wanted to praise the staff at the till and the manager called Matt. We had a tricky situation with a pair of shoes bought from this store and Matt went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
