We had a tricky situation with a pair of shoes bought from this store and Matt went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Matt listened carefully to everything we had to say and found a reasonable solution, making sure that we left happy and assured with the pair of shoes we needed swapping due to a product error and simple human error.
