The receptionist I just spoke to had no care in the world and was so rude! I?m absolutely disgusted, me and my family have been at this doctor?s for years and never had someone on the desk talk to me like this!!

Always an awful experience with this gp surgery. Lots of the doctors are very condescending and don?t take issues seriously.

My experience with this surgery was a positive one as I now understand better how to look after myself and when the regular checkups are. I found Dr Mary Siva very knowledgeable, helpful, engaged and empathetic, the blood tests are efficient and nurses? clinics are well run. GP visits are very taxing on all of us(planning, time off from work, extra energy put into) and we need a few visits to get on the right which can be frustrating, but no one?s fault.Top marks to the to reception ladies, they are very professional.

Its impossible to obtain an appointment and the Doctors and other team members are awfully rude once you are there. Expect to wait at least an hour past your appointment time too. If you have an alternative to this place, use it. I am searching for another clinic.

This doctors has gone down hill terribly.... my dad is end of life with alzhimers and my mum is his carer, he recently wasn't well and out of hours request bloods, lowfield Street refused to send anyone out to do the bloods or take a stool sample, knowing my father is housebound. My mother had to take the sample to the doctors herself and waited on the phone for 2 hours for the test results, no one bothered answering her call. When she finally got through today the receptionist was rude and abrupt and said my dad would need to ring for the results l. My dad don't even know how to answer a question, let alone make a phone call. My dad's illness is well documented on his records and that my mother as power of attorney. THERE LUFE IS HARD ENOUGH WITHOUT A JUMPED UP RECEPTIONIST MAKING IT MORE DIFFERCULT. Their duty of care is somewhat questionable

Paid for my annual asthma repeat prescription and my GP has continually rejected my last two prescription orders with no explanation, forcing me to order medication using 111. Hard to contact the GP when you have a full time job and they close on weekend and during lunch hours. Incredibly irresponsible to withhold my medication that I've paid for and literally need to live. Unbelievable.

Sad to leave this review but I?m increasingly losing any trust or faith in this practice. It used to be worthy of a 10 star review easily, but not in the last few years ?. My care seems to be under varying different people, who all pass the buck onto someone else each time I try to ask questions. How am I supposed to progress ?????.I feel defeated and desperate now ?

Successive doctors and health care practitioners from this practice (which was once based over the road( have looked after me for my entire life. The staff throughout are first class. I would challenge anyone to find a comparable high level if care anywhere.

Horrendous!! Please DO NOT let these ratings give you a sense of security.Dr D@t@ri@ is a very patronising and unhelpful GP. Speaks to you like you are a 2year old.Plus calling this GP surgery is horrendous to get any answers.They have no compassion or understanding, full-stop!!!They should not get any money from the government for treating their customers ?Patients? so poorly. They get their government funding regardless of their actions!!!!Yes, agree with another reviewer that this GP Surgery has deteriorated over the last 5 years or more!!!
