The receptionist I just spoke to had no care in the world and was so rude! I’m absolutely disgusted, me and my family have been at this doctor’s for years and never had someone on the desk talk to me like this!!

Always an awful experience with this gp surgery. Lots of the doctors are very condescending and don’t take issues seriously.

My experience with this surgery was a positive one as I now understand better how to look after myself and when the regular checkups are. I found Dr Mary Siva very knowledgeable, helpful, engaged and empathetic, the blood tests are efficient and nurses’ clinics are well run.
