“As someone who goes here at least 2 times a week with it being my now-local Asda, I feel kind of obliged to leave a review here, so here I go!

Starting off, this is the first dual-floor Asda that I have really been to on a daily basis. Trust me, it was somewhat confusing at first finding everything, but eventually it just seemed to click with me and I was able to make my way around it.

Next up, this specific store is stocked very often, so if there is a specific item that you need, there is a good chance that it will be there. The only thing I will add is that they do not often restock on standard full-size SD Cards, but I suppose that is all Asda stores right now.

Up next, staff are relatively helpful for if you need to find something but you don't know where a specific item is. I have interacted with many staff members at this store, including those at the security booth at the front of the store, and all of them are relatively chill and helpful!

To end off, there are many bus stops outside the store, and Greenhithe Station (for Southeastern and Thameslink) being right across the road is a welcome addition!

“I have been coming this costa for a few years now and I can not fault the service. Red head manager, ginger guy with glasses and another lady with blonde hair who sometimes put colours in to it. Those 3 seem to be the longest employees in this branch. I watch as I eat my toast and drink my coffee. They seem to master their customers needs pretty well. Always professional. Some days I feel low and each time I enter costa it’s like a safe space. All 3 manage to make me feel special whether that’s just general chitchat or going out of their way to bring your items to you when not so busy although even when busy they may still bring items too you, it does happen. They seem to do this with ALL of their customers. I doubt I could work here as it is always focused on making the customer happy which in turn means the employees have to present them self positive at all times. I think this is quite powerful showing sheer grit and strength to be able to do this day in day out. When there is an issue they do seem to try rectify it asap. Extremely happy I am able to experience this when I visit. Keep doing your thing guys it’s appreciated from all your customers :)”

“Went to buy some diesel here because it was cheap (if you can call 155.9p/l cheap - probably best to say less expensive). Staff were friendly, unfortunately they did not have any diesel fuel additives, but had three different petrol additives. Hence lost one star”

“Fresh food, friendly staff, my only issue is there needs to be separate payment tills for fuel. When customers are shopping it holds up the tills and when j just want to buy fuel with cash, I'm sometimes waiting quite a long time.”

Firstly, what absolutely AMAZING service , all memebers of staff are amazingly kind , helpful and caring , I've been to a lot of shells around the country as I'm frequently travelling and this is by far the best. I don't know this man's name but he was absolutely brilliant in helping me find what I need, he even went out the way to find what I needed in the stock room.
