Incompetent staff who doesn’t know what they are doing and wasting peoples time. I was asked to come back 3 times for nothing! They asked me to make my way to Boots in Bluewater to contraceptive pills which I did and guess what, they don’t do don’t do the service! What a disaster you boots staff wasting my time.

Opticians: The staff at this store were really welcoming and friendly. My appointment ran on time and my optician was great. I don't find getting my eyes tested a comfortable experience but everyone helped put me at ease and I had a good experience.

Pharmacy waiting time terrible. Opened after 9 o'clock not first time they always late then had to wait for in charge person 10min so already running late nearly then asked for my prescription which should be ready packed but it wasn't and had to wait another 20min for someone to sign it.
