The Chatham Sports Direct store is just too cramped and they’re squeezing in so many items that it’s too cluttered. Very tight to navigate and browse, especially when other people are in close proximity or the store is busy. No idea how a mobility scooter would navigate the mens section…

Wanted to change slippers as the size was wrong. They don't do refunds. They do exchange, but I wasn't aware. The exchange item was bought. And they would refuse to accept even change. Spoke to manager. Got no help.
