“My review is on the eye bar at the back of the store. I have my eyebrows waxed and lashes tinted once a month.Ladies are great in there. They swap about the stores so it’s not always the same person. Not all of them can wax so occasionally I have to get them threaded which I don’t particularly like as it’s quite painful.Last week was only time I’ve had any problems after where I had a very small patch of scabbing. This was the younger lady who couldn’t wax so it was threaded.There are two woman who I normally see and they are both great, really know their stuff.I would rather travel into Chatham to get them done than go local that shows how good they are. Ladies are professional and do a great job.Make sure you check what Superdrug staff are charging for as the actual staff have gotten what I want wrong a few times and you have to go back to the tills at the front of the store to correct it. 5* service from friendly professional staff. One even gave me a free facial massage as I was waiting for the dye to set once. it’s not a service they offer but it was amazing.”

“Ross is as doing a great job today servicing lots of vehicles today on a busy Saturday in Chatham!Only dropped one star because on the website you say you have 2 services. One is drop in and wait and one is where you can book a certain time slot. It became apparent that you only really have one service which is drop in and wait your turn. Which is fine they were doing a great job and I was seen promptly. So no criticism of the staff in store, it’s just frustrating when the website isn’t accurate. I would rather know up front what the system is and allow a little more time. Thank you ?”

“Was served by Dee this morning. Only went into browse when a loud Hawaiian shirt caught my eye. Had a nice chat with Dee and she showed me some other similar shirts in the range so I grabbed a couple. I work in retail myself and would like to recognise her extremely personable manner. Been a long time since I shopped there (used to get my kids clothes years ago)! With staff like Dee I will definitely return”

Four days later I contacted Customer Service to ask if they had been found. I was told that they had and as I still had the receipt, I could collect them from customer services.
