Went to the Canterbury store today. Isabella, lovely lady served me and my mum with top customer service, helped us with the issue we had with some Gilets bought online and sorted them in the shop there and then. Jobsworths.I spent £55 on a Cashmere scarf that my wife doesn’t like. Never worn or even been unfolded. Don’t want a refund, just to change if for a different colour.
