We were told that there would be a delay but that we would have table service instead of using the counter. Our service was prompt, professional and friendly. The food was delicious and timely. The restaurant was clean and the noise level was low. I will be happy to go there again.”

“I wouldn't normally review a chain store but Canterbury seriously deserve some recognition! Best selection I've seen in a Superdry for a while but better than that is the staff. They really are so warm and helpful. Long story short we came on holiday with literally one pair of pants as the weight was too much for our motorbike so were on an emergency clothing run and looking for shoes. The staff were helpful with the style my husband chose and sizing despite probably being a bit close to closing time and even remembered us when we bought another pair for me the next day. “Love this store so much. Great collections season after season. Have never tired of their varied selection. Both myself \\u0026 partner are equally enthusiastic about fatface as they cater for both male \\u0026 female alike. We rarely go a season without buying something. Staff are polite, friendly \\u0026 helpful when asked for assistance, without following you around or being falsely gushy like other stores can be. I have to be honest we tend to but more in the sales as they can be a tad expensive at times.”

Their sizes can be a touch awkward if you don’t fit in to the rather narrow brackets.Secondly they sell a surprising amount of synthetic fibres for a shop with ‘Wool’ in the name. If you, like me, prefer natural fibres, it’s worth checking before you buy.All in all, despite these shortcomings, it’s worth a visit.”

“Popped in for advice on tents. The staff are very friendly and the guy that assisted me was pretty knowledgeable, open and very honest. Thanks to him, he pointed me in the right direction for what I needed, even though I didn't buy it from this store. They seem to be well stocked and prices are on par with other similar companies. Only issue I found was that if you did want to buy a tent of the spec that I was after, you unfortunately would have to go elsewhere for it. Which is a shame as they guy that assisted me was genuinely great and if I could, I would have purchased right there and then. Overall this store is a solid 4 stars.”

“I'd like to thank Lou in Customer Service for great service.I went there yesterday to make a return on an electrical item that stopped working less than a year after purchase. There were no quibbles - Lou just asked for my receipt and promptly made the refund.I went back again to ask about the returns policy on specific items. Once again, Lou provided prompt service.Finally, having finished my shopping and with a full trolley, I found that the cab service that customers can call from the store was unreachable. As the phone is located next to Customer Service, I told Lou - and, yes, he fixed it! He called another cab service to pick me up.This is the kind of service that's been missing in the UK for a while now. Thank you Lou for demonstrating that pockets of this still exist.”
