“I wouldn't normally review a chain store but Canterbury seriously deserve some recognition! Best selection I've seen in a Superdry for a while but better than that is the staff. They really are so warm and helpful. Long story short we came on holiday with literally one pair of pants as the weight was too much for our motorbike so were on an emergency clothing run and looking for shoes. The staff were helpful with the style my husband chose and sizing despite probably being a bit close to closing time and even remembered us when we bought another pair for me the next day. Thank you to all the staff at Superdry Canterbury for the warm welcome!”

“Love this store so much. Great collections season after season. Have never tired of their varied selection. Both myself \\u0026 partner are equally enthusiastic about fatface as they cater for both male \\u0026 female alike. We rarely go a season without buying something. Staff are polite, friendly \\u0026 helpful when asked for assistance, without following you around or being falsely gushy like other stores can be. I have to be honest we tend to but more in the sales as they can be a tad expensive at times.”

“I never been to Next in canterbury, but as a disabled customer with mobility issues, I was extremely happy to see the disabled changing room! Normally, our changing rooms do not look nice compared to the able-bodied ones, but Next had the aesthetic fully inclusive! With a button to press if you needed a different size, I didn’t feel out of place. Furthermore, the sizing was incredible. I’d been looking for a pair of white linen trousers all day, and the first pair I picked up in this store fit perfectly! The cut is good, and so is the stitching. The fabric is cut along the direction it goes in, so there is no twisting, something very rare with UK clothing. The lady at the checkout was sweet, didn’t rush me, and was relatable. Overall it was a really good experience, very good for disabled customers! :-)

Isabella, lovely lady served me and my mum with top customer service, helped us with the issue we had with some Gilets bought online and sorted them in the shop there and then. We polite, genuine person who gave good advice regarding sizing and colours, my mum got 2 Gilets today . Would go again just to get served by her, made me and my mum feel welcome and not just a number. Thankyou Isabella will be back instead of ordering on ewm site ??”

“Needed to get some trainers and after the usual time taken to track down the staff for trying on, something very unusual happened. I have shopped in sports direct in st albans, Harpenden, Luton, Hatfield and several others around the country whilst on holidays and the one thing they all have in common is stressed, unhappy, inattentive staff. This store in white friars Canterbury bucked that trend. Whilst awaiting the attentions of the staff member spending lots of time being very helpful to a couple shopping for their grandson I decided to track down another from upstairs. This young man was also very attentive and helpful, making suggestions and happily getting another size up, then another and another. I was so impressed and ironically only giving this store 4 stars due to the very long wait for their attentions. But this is the first time I have ever been moved to spread the good word for a sports direct store. Rest assured I will be saving my sportswear shopping for trips to Canterbury from now on.”
