Went in for bike M check. Got call to explain any faults. Technician was excellent. Thorough explanation and good choice of options. Helped me keep costs down. Repairs were made ahead of schedule to an excellent standard. Highly recommend.

Very very poor work carried out on my bike that cost me £1500 bike was returned damaged scratched and parts missing , when I addressed this they didn't want to know didn't take any responsibility for the damage I had only rode this bike a handful of times and it was in immaculate condition when I went in but came out damaged... read full comment
