“This has been my go to shop for some time now. Friendly staff and parking outside. Good prices. Could even do a weekly shop in this place it has quite a few items to choose from. Never had any social distancing problems myself, but then I do avoid people if they start walking towards me on a shop isle.”

“Fantastic experience and service. My 3 young daughters and I were extremely well looked after by Julie (S), who could see that I was struggling with the self-checkout! Her warmth and kindness were second to none- I’ve not experienced that before when shopping anywhere. M&S Food is extremely lucky to have Julie working for them. Merry Christmas to you all.”

“Good for a small store. It is also very close to the college so students like to get snacks from here. The staff are helpful; when the drinks and snacks that I like are out of stock on the shelves, they restock the shelves within minutes.”

“Lovely little shop with friendly staff, had the random bits and bobs I needed. Perfect as a little convenience shop, it was a little small and cluttered though so it was a bit of a struggle for me and my guide dog to navigate through.”

“Handy shop with large free car park to rear. Friendly staff. Costa coffee and hot sausage rolls/pies as well as usual ready made sandwiches/salads. Not the cheapest but is a nice shop and very convenient because quite a way to large towns. Don't mind paying a bit more for convenience.”

“Nice friendly people, a good range of food, and a lot more than just the usual processed plastic in most shops this size. There is a small range of fresh fruit and veg, they usually have pastries (sweet and savoury) on offer, and there is a costa coffee machine.”

“Good store, quite pricey but there is always good offers. Needs another person to help on self-service tills as normally theres a poor woman whos running back and forth. Another worker would mean the tills would be open as most of them are closed, but noone is there to fix them”
