I only needed a basic house key cut, but the experience was really disappointing. I was the only customer there and was told it would take 20 minutes. Since I wasn’t shopping, I hung around nearby and ultimately decided to wait at Timpsons.

Awful service. My elderly mother had a watch battery replaced. They broke the watch. They paid for the broken watch but refused to refund the cost of the battery replacement. Unbelievable. (and against consumer law).
