“Must say the staff are excellent,helpful,polite first class,breakfast(continental)very good,also eat meals in resturant during how stay,food very good,also good selection and 20pc reduction for staying guest an attraction.We have accessible room 101 or 102 room fine, wet room just a little tired otherwise ok ?Rooms: Accessible Rooms fine,wet room a we bit tiredNearby activities: Retail Parks close by,also Close to Broadstairs,Ramsgate and Margate also within 30/40mins from Sandwich and DealWalkability: You can walk to retail parksFood & drinks: Found food very good.”

“This hotel is situated one minute from the beach but the slope to it is very steep. The rooms are spacious with all the things you could need for your stay, kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee bags; oh and a little surprise, won’t tell you but you will enjoy them. Housekeeping is very good and stock up all your drinks; in your room you will have a little flask of milk that will be refilled at request; better than them uht packs. The only complaint is the TV. Very small and little amount of channels. This day and age bigger TV’s ant not that expensive. The food is of good quality; though did think the Bacon and Sausage at breakfast were pre cooked then warmed up.”
