Lisa has been absolutely fantastic- my RSI has improved no end, she is friendly, personable and knowledgeable; she gave me a detailed self-care plan that we built on each session, in more detail than I have found elsewhere - I can finally play the violin again, it's a game changer! Cost effective, would recommend :)

I had the most amazing treatment! Having not had any treatments before, I came in not knowing what to expect. Lisa was so kind, made me feel comfortable, & told me everything I needed to know. I had a massage, hot stones & and facial, all of which were all fantastic. I left with so much new knowledge about my skin & body and throughly enjoyed our conversations about women?s health. I had the most amazing treatment with Lisa and would go as far as saying this was hands down the best facial I've ever had. I arrived feeling tired and old and left with my skin feeling 10 years younger, my mind calm and my body rejuvenated. Will definitely be back.

Had an amazing back massage with Lisa after suffering with sciatica. Relieved symptoms immediately with knowledgeable advice on exercises. Will definitely go back on a regular basis. Highly recommend and in beautiful relaxing surroundings.

Lisa is fabulous. The treatment room is gorgeous, relaxing and comfortable. Lisa listens, treats and is very skilled at what she does. Just had the most amazing massage including hot stones with the lovely Lisa from AZARA THERAPIES in Benenden. Beautiful therapy room with the most outstanding view but best of all is Lisa's magic hands. Lisa is so informative and explains everything she is doing. Why she is working on a particular area, what effect it has on associated muscles/parts of the body etc. Her calming voice, together with her beautiful therapy room brings the calmness to your soul. Background Zen music is perfect for relaxation.I have suffered with a painful shoulder for a while now, which is misserable. I now have exersises and techniques to improve my condition and my body feels the most relaxed and comfortable it has done in years. Feel totally refreshed. I actually have a neck which is normally tight and stiff and in my shoulders.What a truly lovely treat ? and highly recommend. Can't wait for the next one whether I need it or not ?A treat every lady deserves for health reasons or just sheer pampering.Thank you lovely lady ??

Over the years I have broken both collar bones and ruptured a shoulder, while riding or ski-ing, which has resulted in problems with my neck and shoulder muscles. Using her considerable skill Lisa has been able to ease these with expert massage and heat treatment leaving me with full mobility. I am so grateful that I found Lisa, she is amazing! Her massages are heavenly as she really gets right into the problem area and really knows her stuff, offering exercises and movements you can do at home to help shoulder pain etc. Lisa offers an array of beauty treatments that I'm slowly making my way through and her salon in Benenden is like a little escape from the world - so peaceful, cosy and zen. I am always recommending her to people because everyone needs Lisa in their life!
