Lisa has been absolutely fantastic- my RSI has improved no end, she is friendly, personable and knowledgeable; she gave me a detailed self-care plan that we built on each session, in more detail than I have found elsewhere - I can finally play the violin again, it's a game changer! Cost effective, would recommend :)

I had the most amazing treatment! Having not had any treatments before, I came in not knowing what to expect. Lisa was so kind, made me feel comfortable, & told me everything I needed to know. I had the most amazing treatment with Lisa and would go as far as saying this was hands down the best facial I've ever had. I arrived feeling tired and old and left with my skin feeling 10 years younger, my mind calm and my body rejuvenated. Will definitely be back.
