I bought a Herman Miller Lino chair, fully spec'd from them in November 2023. It is now August 2025.
Prior to purchase they dealt with all my queries.

Never got my chair!!!I didn’t order my favorite model because it said it would take a couple of weeks till it’s ready for delivery but chose another one instead.Then it still took a month for them to be ready for delivery.
