Just been into the Ashford Branch ....great staff dealt with several issues for me ...often use at weekend as unable to get to Tenterden branch in the week ...Hope it stays open !

Arrived at opening time. Was asked to wait in waiting area and was first person there. My need wasn’t complex. Walked out after 2 people served before me, no one even asked who was present first

The actual staff all seem friendly and competent. The issue is limited availability. On Saturday there is no counter service and the automated machines are hopeless, gave up again today when the machine said see a staff member for assistance...only there were not any staff anywhere.
