My husband and I had an appointment at the bank today in Ashford.
On entering the bank 2 members of staff who actually remember us by name greeted us.Then we were met by the young man with whom we had the appointment.
He was so helpful and sorted what we went to do and more besides.

The branch experience today was poor again. Tries to use the machine to pay in cash but that errored! Joined a long queue to get to the counters where 1 person was serving and multiple "supervisors" were trying to count cash. No care about the queue, such a poor experience. If paying in cash you are better off going...
