I called the store to enquire about a replacement charger lead and plug for my elderly father. The customer service was really helpful and quoted the costs very clearly and confirmed stock was available in the store. Answered my query perfectly.

POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICENot just the store but the whole companyReally bad customer service. I've only had a phone with EE since May. I have had nothing but trouble with it. After visiting the store more than once and calling customer service a few times it turned out it was fault and kept over heating since the moment I had it. EE won't repair it and said it would cost me £900. So as it's a Google phone I sent it direct to Google. I was without a phone for a while as it was sent to Poland.I was still charged full price for my contract from EE for the whole time I had no phone.Now for a couple of weeks I haven't been able to make a call as no one can hear me. EE tried to resolve it over the phone and couldn't. They arranged for my phone to be collected for repair. It came back with a note saying they couldn't find a fault but they have done a software update.So I started the phone up again and guess what.... still not working.In the mean time I've put a complaint in. A lady tried a couple of times to call me but she couldn't hear me. I tried to give her my home phone number. The system says she tried to call the landline but it didn't ring, so she must have written it down wrong.Back to today I've been on the phone to EE half the day on and off as people can't hear me and problem still not resolved.Then I got a text to say they've closed the complaint.I'm FUMING!!!I'm on the phone now after a few times trying to give her a different number to call me on as she can't hear me.Let's see what happen.Update.So they seem to think it's a network issue. After all the issues I've had with the phone and the network. They're not providing a service that is paid for. They won't let me out of the contract so next step is to talk to the ombudsman.

Had a lost device and Internet connection difficulties was seen by a young man called Sam I even had to return the following day,and he couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Excellent customer service skills!.. cheers Sam xx

My partner is distraught with the "service" from EE staff in regards to a new genuine faulty pixal 7 phone . She's been fobbed off and lied to and apparently superficial paint damage voids warranty for an overheating problem from day 1 . Basically i believe they know there a problem with the phones and are happy to sell them , but have no interest from there on .

I Went into the store today and received a 5 star plus service. I wanted to change my two Vodaphone phones over to EE and Sam made the change for me without any problems at all.He took time to explain the different tariff options and came up with a great deal for me. Although I had to wait in the store whilst Vodaphone supplied me with the pac codes to make the change which took a while Sam was very patient and didn?t make me feel awkward whilst I was waiting for the codes to be sent.Sam really did go above and beyond to look after me and made sure I got the best tariff for my needs.I would thoroughly recommend this EE store for anyone looking to change providers.

Due to changing bank accounts, needed to set up a new direct debit.Lost password.The manager just wanted to give a code for customer to go away and do it themselves...No customer service skills.On my insistance another staff member completed the requirement.

My mobile was being switched from BT to EE. When I received my new sym card I discovered that I had lost the little gadget which opens the sym drawer up. I took my phone and new card into the Ashford EE shop. I was greeted by a lovely young man Dylan. He was so helpful and happily put the new sym into my mobile for me. I was trying to buy a new gadget to open the drawer. Dylan could not help as he only had his own. However he suggested I ask in one of the other mobile shops and I am very pleased to say I was given one. It is so nice to get good service these days. He also gave me advise regarding a replacement tablet. I am now very happy to be an EE customer.

The young man who served me and my brother was exceptional his help and knowledge made shopping with EE a pleasure (think his name was Sam) I would recommend this establishment for all your phone needs

Much better going in branch to get answer. Had a quick question which was answer easily enough. I had a phone call with EE and the staff and he didn't listen at all forcing me to go in branch. Phone service 1 star. Branch 5 star
