This Tanya has no place there not helpful rude strange I mean medically strange,do the bosses even know her ? Is she even capable of smiling? Why employ someone that won't bring costumers in ?”

“This small Sainsburies has a very limited range because of its size. But it’s basic range is enough to go on with. Every single staff member is a credit to Sainsbury’s.”

“It’s very small space but still has everything one needs. Sometimes things go out of stock but it’s because it has prime location and people tend to buy the stuff off. Apart from grocery shopping I have been there to send a parcel while Evri and the process was smooth. The staff helped me with patience as it was my first time and I knew nothing about the evri and printing out of stickers and stuff like that.”

“I like to go shop in this coop. All the stuff is always available except the ATM machine. Most of the time, it is out of service, but I always use the one in the BP station next to the shop.”

“This wonderful shop is located in the heart of Smarden village and is run by dedicated local community volunteers. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The shop boasts an excellent selection of products, and it's worth noting that residents often contribute their surplus fruits and vegetables, which adds to its charm. Plus, they serve some really nice freshly brewed coffee.”

“Very good car wash, pick your option inside the shop, enter the code, drive in and wash. Straight forward like most car washes. Does a good job of cleaning the car but more work has to be done on cleaning the tyres.”

“Located in a residual area but not too far away from the main road a2042. They are some local shops near by. There is a cash machine and imagine my surprise when it said free cash withdrawals, happy days. They have stayed true to the coop theme throughout the shop and can get discounts should you have the coop member card. It's no where near your Tesco club card but they have a good customer base. The shop is your local office license, they are only focusing on products they can get people to engage with.”

“Great little local shop. Since moving to Ashford this has become my local shop. They sell pretty much all you need and you will be surprised at some of the things you will find in there. They have a great fireworks collection too at good prices and are open until 9 pm. I always find the main shopkeeper here very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good customer service!”

“It is 08:30, most people are still asleep, albeit on their feet. I have been receiving emails telling me that I have a parcel to collect which will be returned in 2 days if not collected. I had a feeling that I had already collected and phoned to ask if there was a parcel, and to confirm this was not a scam... The lady who answered was extremely helpful and searched for the parcel and confirmed that there was nothing there. She took the time and was very helpful. Thank you, Orpins is a great store, not the cheapest but always friendly.”

“A small village corner shop. But it has a lot packed into the shop. There is also a Post Office within the shop.As with most small shops the prices are higher than the supermarkets, but for us it's only a five minute drive instead of a 15 minute drive. There is a small free carpark opposite.”

“Aldington Post Office is a tremendous asset to the village. I regularly use the postal services to buy stamps, post letters and packages for the walking group I belong too - until two years ago this included mailing around 400 items three or four times a year and nothing was too much trouble. I also do much of my personal banking and foreign currency purchases here. It's so convenient - only a few minutes walk from my home - especially when many bank branches have closed in recent. years”

“Only really use this shop for Hermes parcels, as I dont live in that area. Usually great customer service; service with a smile and all that...... apart from yesterday (Sunday 5th Dec)!! The woman in there didn't smile, barely spoke and literally threw my hermes receipt down on the counter..... very rude ?”

“Hello all Sellindge and All visitors. I am Tony, One of the employee in this store. Its not always easy to keep up with demands and volume of customers. Work in shop is not JUST about refilling shelves and etc. Its a lot of office work, signing off things, checking a lot of staff. I understand there are better days and worst days. Always consider yourself in our position and what would you do ? We always try to be as much polite as we can be. Some of reviews are correct some are not as much. Always check both sides of story and try to understand. Thank you very much. :) We trying our best to work deliveries, plus post office, plus refilling and a lot more. With Love your Tony.”

“Parking is limited - street parking spaces available on limited time outside shop, wheelchair parking space are few in this this area. Products are pricey but it is a convenient store. Shop hygiene is average. I use the hermes Parcelshop at this store and it works well.”

“Friendly staff. Que times could be an issue if in a rush, as most of the time there is only one member of staff operating the tills but they do have two self service tills to speed up the process.”
