“I only waited in the car, outside, while my wife, who often shops at this store with our granddaughters, went in. She often goes here and tells me that it's a kind of a place you can go to get almost anything; a kind of: "You want it? We got it"”

“Excelent service always friendly and helpful. If my shopping is heavy someone will carry it to the car for me. I like that they still insist on masks as there is no ventilation in the shop and covid is on the rise again, it certainly makes me feel safer. I've become a regular customer. Thank you for your great customer service.”

“Good stuff. Lil expensive, but... who knows what or why.. guess the quality started to be better and now sold as much as with others shop arround, coop or one stop, all being same quality, I find one stop cheaper.. if you like :)”

“This small Sainsburies has a very limited range because of its size. But it’s basic range is enough to go on with. Every single staff member is a credit to Sainsbury’s.”

“It’s very small space but still has everything one needs. Sometimes things go out of stock but it’s because it has prime location and people tend to buy the stuff off. Apart from grocery shopping I have been there to send a parcel while Evri and the process was smooth. The staff helped me with patience as it was my first time and I knew nothing about the evri and printing out of stickers and stuff like that.”

“Located in a residual area but not too far away from the main road a2042. They are some local shops near by. There is a cash machine and imagine my surprise when it said free cash withdrawals, happy days. They have stayed true to the coop theme throughout the shop and can get discounts should you have the coop member card. It's no where near your Tesco club card but they have a good customer base. The shop is your local office license, they are only focusing on products they can get people to engage with.”

“Friendly staff. Que times could be an issue if in a rush, as most of the time there is only one member of staff operating the tills but they do have two self service tills to speed up the process.”

“Great little local shop. Since moving to Ashford this has become my local shop. They sell pretty much all you need and you will be surprised at some of the things you will find in there. They have a great fireworks collection too at good prices and are open until 9 pm. I always find the main shopkeeper here very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good customer service!”

“Highly efficient courteous staff through out the store. Top grocery goods as you would expect. The management kindly let me display my personal card on a local amenity board today, January 10th , so I am much obliged to them. Regards Nicholas.”

“I visited twice before about a month ago. The first time was to go get medicine from the pharmacy, the person on hand was extremely helpful and helped me choose a medicine that helped my symptoms. The second time was to pick up a package ordered online. The sales assistant was helpful in getting my package even though it took her a while to collect the package from the store room. It's nice to have a large boots in the area when a supermarket isn't quite good enough.”

“Fantastic Coop Store, can buy the essentials and other good products. Very convenient if you want don't want to visit the supermarket or need only a few things. The is a coffee machine, Evri parcel drop-off and collection point and an Amazon Locker which is useful. Highly Recommend!”

“This is a little gold mine. Can get busy but product wise it has just as much variety as bigger coop stores. Excellent for a corner shop. Couldn't do a main shop there but needing top ups then look no further.”

“Aldington Post Office is a tremendous asset to the village. I regularly use the postal services to buy stamps, post letters and packages for the walking group I belong too - until two years ago this included mailing around 400 items three or four times a year and nothing was too much trouble. I also do much of my personal banking and foreign currency purchases here. It's so convenient - only a few minutes walk from my home - especially when many bank branches have closed in recent. years”

“Only really use this shop for Hermes parcels, as I dont live in that area. Usually great customer service; service with a smile and all that...... apart from yesterday (Sunday 5th Dec)!! The woman in there didn't smile, barely spoke and literally threw my hermes receipt down on the counter..... very rude ?”

“Parking is limited - street parking spaces available on limited time outside shop, wheelchair parking space are few in this this area. Products are pricey but it is a convenient store. Shop hygiene is average. I use the hermes Parcelshop at this store and it works well.”

“Staff are so helpful, even though the store is quite small and they’ve crammed as much in as possible, when trying to navigate around as a disabled person they couldn’t do enough for me to help with my shopping.”

“It's exactly what you would expect from BP. Open 24hrs with a Budgens and off-licence. Not normally the cheapest in town but easy to get to. Has a car wash and has E5 super unleaded and the equivalent diesel fuel as well as the basic varieties. Staff friendly and the shop is clean. Only dropped one star from my review as the price of fuel is cheaper elswhere within a mile.”

“Really nice and down to earth staff run this local shop. I've never known a day when it hasn't been open in the last seven years! Always clean and tidy. The shelves are always stocked well. More expensive than a supermarket but it serves its purpose.”
