Shoes are Clarkes so predictable. On the counter i was asked if i wanted a bag, they said it would be 35p. I then asked if they had a paper bag and yes they had them, the free and the green option. To upsell on a plastic bag when the paper one is right there is wrong in many ways.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at the Clarks outlet in Ashford. I purchased a pair of shoes and specifically asked about any available discounts, only to be told there were none. Staff was a little reluctant to help but friendly when I got to speaking with them. The shoes we bought were at a good price and my son is pleased with them.
