Let us down twice on delivery dates promised we incurred hire costs don't have these issues when ordering from other companies customer service is not fit for purpose.

About as much use as a chocolate teapot. Purchased something at the end of March. Not sure if I ever received a receipt but as item has now gone faulty. Repair company requires a receipt but B&Q will not print a copy. So in my opinion don't buy from them, as if it goes wrong they are no help

Avoid this store if you want to feel like a criminal walking around browsing. We are currently doing a house renovation and have been in multiple times last couple of months and have probably spent over £500 on items! But every time we go in there the security guard will follow you around as if you are a criminal even... read full comment
