“Attentive friendly staff and the shop floor always looks immaculate. Only thing that lets it down is that the aisles aren't really wide enough to allow people to pass each other from opposite directions so often you pretty much have to circumnavigate the whole shop just to get to the tills but it's unavoidable and just one of those things.”

The store locator does show opening and closing times but we cannot have lunch timing update on the website as it depends on the store staff availability and their schedules.””

“Cannot fault them. The staff in store are always efficient and helpful if I phone with any enquiries and since adopting their prescription delivery service I receive my medications promptly via friendly couriers. I fully intend to remain with Gibbs and Gurnell.”

“The pharmacist people are lovely and work very hard under a lot of pressure, yes there is always a very long queue to wait to get your prescriptions but it isnt the ladies/men fault, they are always polite and friendly. The store is always stocked and you can find what you need, some things are a little expensive though and can be found else where but a good store for Ryde high street.”
