“Extremely helpful staff, went in with a rash, was immediately sent to war memorial walk in with suspected meningitis. I did have a severe allergic reaction to something and needed antibiotics and antihistamines, if left longer I could have had sepsis, so ty to the amazing pharmacist as I would have left it longer otherwise”

A lovely friendly and helpful assistant I think called Safrron helped me track down after looking at many other makes one that was as close as it gets to original. She was very patient.”

“I made the mistake of forgetting I booked a collection and waited at home for a delivery, when I realised the shopping hadn't come I checked and realised it was a collection!so I rushed down to the gosport store on a Sunday evening to see if anyone was still there (i was only 15 mins late ) noone around I was about to leave when a delivery driver pulled up ,I asked him if he could see if it was possible to collect he said hold on ill go and see if I can find it for you. I waited a while and when a deliveroo driver came I asked again if he could see the delivery man inside ,he came out and said no ,all finished ,so I left. When I got home I realised I had two miss calls and a voicemail ,it was the original delivery driver Brendan, saying he had found my shopping and could wait a few mins if I wanted to go back. As it was now 6.30 on a Sunday and I was alone with my 5 Yr old I called him back and thanked him and asked if he new how I could arrange another slot or delivery, he asked where I lived and said he would deliver it to me anyway!!He went well above and beyond and I am so appreciative to have gotten my shopping so late on a Sunday, saving me a lot of hassle and a hungry child in the morning!thank you Brendan, that's amazing customer service!!”

“Used the 'Click & Collect' Service - 3 set of 'Pink Ladies' Jackets with glasses (they are literally rims, no plastic, glass) for a Hen Do, which was going to watch 'Grease' at the Mayflower. Really good service. The jackets were ok in size, however went for the largest available. They have glitter on them, beware the glitter goes everywhere! Also they were from the official Grease Merchandise.”
