I asked Boots why lunchtime closing hours not shown on their website. They said “ Thanks for contacting us regarding the Timing of our store. I'm sorry to hear that the information displayed on our Store Locator. The store locator does show opening and closing times but we cannot have lunch timing update on the website... read full comment

I can't agree with the more negative reviews. I've always found them personable and efficient. My repeat prescription is always ready on the day they text me. The only real negative (as others have pointed out!) is not putting their lunchtime closing hours on the website! Very annoying.
