“Stayed in room 25 I’m a bit confused by other reviews it’s possible this one’s recently been refurbished but it was extremely comfortable, clean and warm quite the opposite to some other reports. Beds were comfy and modern, nice good sized modern TV and bathroom in good condition.Staff were super friendly and helpful, great location for Newport and truly amazing value.Only small issue is it’s advertised as having a luggage room which it doesn’t but you can pay £5 per bag per day to store a bag at the nearby premier inn worst case.”
