Good range in stock and more items are easily ordered. Also ongoing reductions are good to find on still popular items.Emma has outstanding customer service. Her knowledgeable, practical and friendly approach is constant and always appreciated. This is reflected in her team, who are happy to make product enquiries and even reserved an item for me once when I forgot my bank card to pay.Staff don't pounce to sell but do offer help, even if busy loading stock to display. If this were a supermarket, it would be Waitrose. Thank you so much for great service ?”
