“A mistake was made, when I purchased a Game & Console Bundle. The Game was supposed to be a download, I phoned the store and spoke to James who informed me a mistake was made and to return to the store with my receipt. So the Manager (sorry I didn't get her name) to make up for the mistake gave me a free Hard copy instead of the download code, she told me a few times that it's costing the store £50, so I knew what she did for me. I appreciate that, but honestly telling me one time would have been enough, for that you lost one star, because my time and inconvenience is less important to you. Would I return, or continue giving my money to Amazon, ...not too sure.”
