“Managed to miss the back-to-school rush, so was quickly helped in a relatively quiet store by several friendly staff. The store is nicely laid out, with lots of examples of their shoes on display and more sizes available in the store. I wasn't sure what size to get - normally Clarks is where you go to get accurate measures - because I was shopping for someone else. Turns out, the size I was given didn't fit, so I'm back again to swap them over for a larger size. No problem at all, again the staff were quick to help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right size in stock, but no problems getting a refund. All in all, a smooth if ultimately unsuccessful shopping trip. Definitely the place to try for decent smart shoes for school or work.”
