can’t go past 11 if you want to go in they only do night pay and just stand inside not at the desk, i have had to wait ages multiple times for a guy to come serve me just for it to be difficult for him to even understand what i want

Very poor customer service, I wanted to do some shopping/ just drinks at 11:30 pm, the store is open until midnight and the employee did not want to serve me anymore, claiming it was too late...
