“Overall it's a reasonable store with a useful, hot meat counter. But soils for us coming in New Years Day - hopelessly under staffed and irritated female staff on "customer services". "Not everyone wants to work on New Years Day" was the response to those asking about the closed meat counter. Unnecessary and rude - service standards seem higher in the nearby Tesco and Asda.”

“Always friendly staff here. Not the cheapest petrol around but there aren't that many petrol stations in Welwyn Garden City. Sometimes you have to pay for petrol before filling because of the number of fill up and runs they have unfortunately. Don't know why the shop always smells musty.”
