Very friendly staff particularly the lovely lady who checked me out today. Lottery available too. Lovely shopping experience and atmosphere. Covid compliant. “Best customer service from the slim guy that wears glasses. Really polite. The company needs to fix their car wash, never working. The rare occasion when in it is working there is a long queue even on a miserable day, I don’t know where these people come from and you end up waiting ages until you get told the car wash doesn’t work because it is over used. The car wash seems to be a moneymaker why doesn’t morrisons seem to focus on this? PeoplePrefer a drive though car wash as it’s inexpensive and less awkward than humans washing your car whilst you sit inside. However, it seems Morrisons don’t have enough space in the bank to make more money at the moment.”

“What lovely staff in there .Limped my vehicle in to wait for a tyre service to come out .Visited the shop & checked for a loo but it was closed mid covid lockdown .Next thing , they're tapping on the window saying come in we will open loo for you .Refreshingly lovely people & much appreciated !”

“I saw ? ? the Price of petrol ⛽ at this place on the way home from the M1 junction 9,it was only £1.40 a litre, very cheap, cheaper than anywhere in Dunstable. So I returned and filled up,so did a lot of other people. But worth waiting. Thanks Flamstead.”

“Friendly staff, had what I needed and fair prices. Open till late and easy to get to and park. Have covid precautions in place, clean and tidy and have a starbucks machine inside.”

“This place is very convenient for a quick toilet or snack break. I always seem to stop here on my journey from Surrey to Hatfield or Letchworth. Both the forecourt and shop area are very spacious and immaculately clean. Very little time is wasted as it's on the way, without having to leave the main road and rejoin.”

“Lovely people work here. An outstanding example of how to run a Sainsburys Local. It's almost a pleasure to visit. I only wish it was not also a petrol station because this makes me feel just a bit Alan Partridge as I pop in there so often.”

“Standard petrol station. Has car wash, cash point, evri drop off point, and washing machine/tumble dyers onsite. Petrol garage and cleaner staff are very polite. Petrol station sells food, medicines, baby supplies, flowers, car essentials, tobacco.Car wash staff are rude just want your money and will try there best to up the prices on your car wash by making excuses why there is an extra charge.”

Open until 12 am (Sunday until 10 pm).There is a department of fresh flowers, fresh fish (closes until 6 pm), bread of our own production, products for people with dietary restrictions, dishes and pastels, household chemicals, decorative cosmetics and care, a little for garden and repair.Also in the building there is a cafe (now closed), a pharmacy (it seems to be closed until 6 pm), a shoe repair shop and key making, a laundry.There is also a large parking lot, car wash, express shop next to the car wash.”

“Amazing service from Dylan I went in to purchase 2 of the ultimate Prawn Sandwiches as there were none on display I was told by a member of staff that none had come in but Dylan went out the back and called me while I was standing in the queue to pay that he had found some outstanding customer service a great asset to the company”

“I often buy my petrol here and the guys working behind the counter are always friendly. This is a new idea I've recently seen, there are 3 different sized industrial type washing machines available to use, handy for local residents and the prices seem better than a launderette, especially the larger of the 3. I hope they get used because they are a great idea especially if you need bulky items like duvets or blankets washing.”
