Also, your staff in general are fantastic. I can't recall many names, but I know Leon (I think) to have been an absolute juggernaut of customer service for years now.

Lastly, please hire some more people. You are clearly short-staffed, and I can't help but feel a slightly bigger roster would drastically improve customer re-visitation.”
