“Usually I’m in Sainsbury with my Mum saying ‘that’s why I shop at Waitrose’ because there’s only one or no till open whereas Waitrose prioritise the customer experience. Sad to take her to Waitrose St Albans to find they’ve redesigned - and only one till open. Those in your store should be the priority. Might as well have been in Sainsbury ?”

“I want to thank the staff and security team for their quick and brave response during an attempted robbery I witnessed today. They acted with great courage and teamwork, staying organised and taking action when many might hesitate. Their professionalism made me feel safe as a customer, and they truly deserve recognition.”

“The price of the home brand (is it) margarine/butter spread, £1 for the smaller tub, £1.65 for the double size if I remember correctly, that's bloody brilliant nowdays.Great shop, plenty of parking for a Saturday and has all of your frozen freezer cooking dreaming delights and it's in town. Thumbs up!”

“I like to stay loyal to Morrison's. Even more so now they are supporting the British farmers. But can you please do something about the toilets at this store? The disabled one has been out of use for ages and the Ladies was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, the doors don't lock, no hand soap, broken taps and hand dryer did not work”

“A fantastic store and popular with the locals, it has pretty much every thing you can think of and then a bit more and friendly helpful staff if you can't find something. ????????”

“Good store, a tiny bit understaffed but they always make sure that you have a prompt efficient service to the point that they will stop stacking the shelves just to help you pay for your food, good variety of food, up to date newspapers and lovely staff to top it off.”

“Everything a local shop should be. Tony goes above and beyond to help his customers and support the local community too. If there is anything you need, Tony will ensure that he can stock it”

“This is a good store, and I would probably give it 4.5 stars if i had an option. The only annoying part is non food, where the entrance to non food and layout are not inviting at all. If they got that right i am sure you would see a massive increase in footfall and sales.”

“Although it's a small branch, it's conveniently open until 10 pm in an area where there aren't hardly any other shops . Friendly and helpful staff. The young man who is often behind the till in the early evenings seems to be always smiling !”

“Lovely trip this evening. Popped in to get a couple bits and was served by a very helpful employee. Aimee helped me find what I needed and provided excellent customer service. The store was clean, well-stocked and organised.”

“This shop is great. It sells everything you can think of. The aisles are busy because they've got so much stuff. The staff are nice and friendly. I'd be gutted if this ever closed because it's so handy.”

“As a shop it’s not bad, mix of usual sugary fizzy drinks and organic lentil crisps! Quite pricey.
As a general all round place it’s very handy for post, Evri and DPD etc”

“Good shop with variety but pointless new security guard just standing there staring at you like you’re going to nick some crisps and noodle packs, he likes to follow customers and then pretend he’s just going your way and stop where you stop. Not sure if it’s profiling but sometimes I wonder why the security guard feels I’m going to risk jail time to steal some 65p noodles especially coming out of my car to go in the shop in the first place. What’s he gonna do jump on my bonnet as i try to make a getaway?”

“Perfect for me, not to far away and always have everything in store when there. Mind you I have always been a big Tesco's fan. I just wish it was bigger shop so to have a wider choice of stock.”
