“The staff are very helpful and friendly, quality of food is great. Whether you pop in to browse or do click and collect, the service cannot be faulted. Loads of choices available (which is surprising as the store looks quite small from the outside).”

“Pretty good for a small store. Not the whole range of gluten free items, but a fairly good selection. Difficult to completely socially distance as aisles are not very wide, but plenty of sanitiser and very helpful staff.”

“It's ok it is quite a small store. Don't go there thinking you could get everything you wanted as you probably cannot. It has all the essentials but the more niche stuff you probably won't be able to get there. The frozen section is also small. Always lots of parking up the top tho”

“Am happy with staff and stock at this Waitrose, but the WiFi is horrible, meaning it makes the experience of using the Waitrose or John Lewis apps impossible, and subsequently make loyal customers unable to use their coupons/vouchers earned.
This makes it impossible for anyone with or without a phone, to get the value they deserve.”

“I like this place, pretty cool for free parking, late night, quality food and a good selection of everything a household needs. It’s less manic than Harpenden town to park and round the corner from other shops so pretty convenient with a post office too! The staff are mega slow though, chat none stop to customers in front hence holding up the queue. No wonder everyone prefers the self scan, but then you’ll all be out of a job if you don’t make use of yourselves.”

“The young lady who works there appears to run the place single handedly. In the 10 minutes while I was there she took the rubbish out, sorted the shelves out, picked up rubbish left on the floor and kept going backwards and forwards to the till to serve customers. All done with a cheerful smile. Well done.”
