Zara Watford is great because it's easy to shop in and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They make the whole experience much better!

Horrible disrespect and bodyshaming to customers from staff. Calling a girl a whale and making pig noises as she entered the shop to regularly by some clothes? Appalling behaviour.
