Very cheap and rubbish products inside. Never find what you are looking for. Today, I ordered a game to click & collect. It said online that it would be in stock to collect today. The confirmation e-mail said it would be ready shortly. My wife went to collect it and they said it was out of stock and they they had to order...

Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores.
