Went into the shop with my Mum. There were no testers for brow pencils, lip liners or concealer sticks. We were then followed by staff around the shop because they thought we were opening products. Polite young lady but didn't have my medication which is one of the most widely used in the country. Went to 2 other branches who also were out of stock. Looking at the pullout drawers they had with the stock they did have, they were ridiculously under stocked and inadequate. Awful for a national brand when the tiny pharmacy... read full comment
