I want to do this review so badly. Just because they are amazing at customer service. I walked in to the shop with in last 15min to close. They did not worry about the time and there was no panic, young salesman was excellent and I asked his name to review him, just because I wanted everyone in O2 to recognise him. He humbly said give a good review to my supervisor as she allows me to assist you even after the shop closed. True gentleman. Wish you all the best Watford O2 team wish I could give you guys more then 5*s

I always have had a wonderful friendly experiences with the whole team at Watford and especially Sean, if I can rate him more than 5 stars I would not hesitate. He has exceeded my expectations of his excellent customer care, answered all my questions, extremely pleasant, friendly and professional, he has handled most of my upgrades / switch-ups for some time now as well as helping me to transfer all my data and switch my handsets seamless and stress-free. He has also recommended contract phones for both my sons, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure I felt confident in my choice with everything involved in the purchase.
I am very pleased with his outstanding customer care, I would definitely recommend Sean and this O2 store in Watford. The best customer service I?ve ever experienced from a mobile company.
