Dreadful customer service provided by Watford O2 store manager Rickey and one of the staff members.I had a very bad experience with Watford O2 today as my wife's new SIMO contract was not activated after 2 days. We went to check the issue but store manager and staff member couldn't resolve the issue instead we received rude, condescending and confrontational service.We contacted the customer service over the phone and they suggested to go to different store then we went to Harrow O2 and they resolved the issue within 10 mins and we were happy with the customer service provided by them.I strongly advice to avoid going to Watford O2 .

We came into the shop to switch up my partners phone. Alexander was amazing, so patient and helpful, he gave us honest opinion when choosing a phone and was so easy to chat too. He persuaded me to do the same with mine but wasn?t at all pushy and so we both walked out with upgrades that day, he was funny and easy going and it was like chatting to a friend almost. Very good service. Thanks again Alexander.

I recently visited the O2 store in Watford Atria shopping mall, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. A special shout-out to Bill, who was the epitome of excellent customer service. His approach was not just helpful but incredibly friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.What stood out the most was how easy it was to communicate with him. Bill provided clear, straightforward advice without any unnecessary jargon or sales pitches. It's rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with such genuine warmth.I switched my mobile provider from Three to O2 during this visit, and Bill made the transition seamless and hassle-free. His knowledge and eagerness to assist were commendable.I left the store not only satisfied with the service but also with the feeling that I had made the right decision. It's employees like Bill who enhance customer experiences and foster loyalty. Thanks to him, I'm looking forward to my journey with O2.Highly recommended!

Excellent service from friendly greeting at door to seeing adviser Dharani Kumar. He was amazing, so polite and understood my issue straight away and dealt with it very quickly. I noted the patience and respect he showed to an old couple just ahead of me, he could not have been kinder.

I?m so happy with the new phone and the service I received at this place. I?d lost my iPhone, there was a problem to get through my O2 accounts for buying a new one and transferring all data to new phone. Unfortunately I had forgotten my Apple ID and iCloud ID too. Few people at different O2 brunches had tried already without success. I was so lucky to meet DK who?s an advisor working at this brunch. He?s so knowledgeable, expert, helpful, caring and generous with his time to find a solution. Many thanks to DK and the team at this store.

Please do not let them talk you into setting up Virgin media with them!!! They said they would get my Virgin internet delivered before my other one was disconnected they lied. I have to have 2 days without internet now and I have to work from home! This was the manager as well. DO NOT get Virgin media with them no matter what they say! They will say anything to get you on board.

Ben went far and beyond to assist us with setting up our S22 and transferring data from the old phone, setting up emails, etc. He was so knowledgeable, and without his help, we could not have managed, and his kindly, helpful manner was much appreciated. He is a credit to your store.David and Diana
