167-169 intu Shopping Centre“Visited Sunday 19/06/22 specifically for remoska racks I brought both the standard and the grand racks £9;99 £10:99 respectively I brought them for my combination microwave oven as the rack was missing as this was brought second hand but totally brand new and only £25:00 from British heart Foundation shop Hemel Hempstead Herts well worth the train fare. yes some stuff is a bit dearer than other places but I've never been let down by the quality with any products plus there a very few kitchen accessories shops anywhere and not all of us like or want to order online and I used both racks yesterday and again today I wish I could give more stars”

25 Gade Cl“The best a plumber can get!!! While we all try our very best to find a honest half decent plumber, its rather rare to find one who impresses us so much that you even tip them. Well, thats exactly what happened to me! Late Saturday evening, Martin offered advice to resolve my boiler issue and then came round punctually the next day to help. During the next 2 hours he went through the entire system trying to find the fault. Despite being a plumber he did not shy away from dealing with the electrics since the fault seemed to come from there. During this time he even popped out to bring back a new programmer incase some of the wiring was malfunctioning. Having identified the fault in a valve elsewhere he did not charge a penny and even offered the opportunity of getting the repair from someone else for a second opinion. On Tuesday he again came spot on time and replaced the valve in the same friendly manner. He has all the qualities that one looks for when trying to find a trusted plumber. Martin is honest, professional, considerate, respectful and very competitive. After repairing the fault his charges were so competitive that I even tipped him. He called me a day later to check if all is well since I have children at home. You really neeed to try out his services to believe me. Far too good to be true. As for me, I will be using him for anything around the home going forward. A super brilliant 6 star guy! Surinder (Watford)”
“I went to The Range, Watford for the first time today as my daughter recommended that it was worth a visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the \\\"range\\\" of goods available for the home and garden and spent far more than I had intended to so!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Gavin for helping in locating the hammock I wanted and then loading all my shopping to my car, with another staff member, Jordan. I will definitely be back!!”

Unit 1a“Very good experience with members of staff in the shop as well as Arash and Sam who did the job of removing the flooring in my kitchen after a burst pipe flooded it. They were on time and worked hard taking everything off the floor , screeding and laying membrane before finally laying the vinyl that I had previously ordered in the shop .. all in one day. They were polite, efficient and helpful and what is more they smiled and looked pleased while working. Very happy customer.”
“Nice store with lots to view, unfortunately not the sofas we had seen online. Overheard someone giving a couple the hard sell, which I found uncomfortable and they clearly did as we saw them leave the store soon after!! Oh dear sale lost! Nice furniture in different styles.”

51 The Parade“This is a review for BHF free furniture collection. The process was seamless, and they collected all of the items I had because they were in good condition. The collection people have the right to refuse if it is not good enough to resell. They are not a disposal service, the idea is that they can sell good second hand furniture on to make money for their CHARITY. Items were collected within a week of submitting my request online.My only negative feedback is that the two collection men were not friendly at all - barely said two words, and just grunted at me with a lot of huffing and puffing from the driver - not sure if they are service partners for the charity or are employed by BHF, but they could do with smiling at least after all I am making a donation to the charity.”

Unit B“Great service delivered by the guys at Watford DFS. I was initially greeted by Humza who introduced me to Kalpa. She said she would assist me on purchasing the sofas I wanted. Straight away she offered me a cup of tea or coffee. She told me to take a seat on the sofa I was looking to buy and she was going to get my coffee and get a tablet so she could order my sofa.Have to say Kalpa's customer service was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and engaging. Explained everything in detail, showing me different quality of fabric which I could choose from. Just felt really reassured with everything she was saying. It didn't sound like a generic sales pitch, but very personal taking into account everything I was saying.Explained the process from delivery, finance and the warranty of the sofa.Honestly I could go on. Just a great team of people who just made everything simple. From Humza, Kalpa and Brian, it just felt I knew them a lot longer than just meeting them on the day.They are a great asset to DFS and we need people like them more in all retail.I'll definitely be coming back again or recommending them to friends and family.Date of experience: 28 January 2023”
