Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Well mix colours for you and sample tins are a sensible cost to ensure you've chosen the correct colour rather than make a very expensive mistake.

Took me years to work out that I should only use Dulux paints and it you want those vibrant special colours they are only available from a Dulux Centre. Yes they are more expensive but it's better to get it right first time than buying another brand and not being happy.
