I went few day in advance to get a few things they said come back Friday i said OK il pay now they said no it be in stock they will get a delivery on Friday i come Saturday it's not here i spoke to the guy not even listening to me what I was asking then there a joke the sales team

Have tried to call the branch and the national customer service line but both operators don't work and the call cuts off during intro speech. Tried using an office phone with no luck. How can you operate like this?
