Very rude man! Nice little family owned pets shop, the lady was knowledgeable of the products and made some good recommendations. Reasonable prices

I have used this pet shop a few times now since moving to the area and the lady who works there is always very rude and not welcoming at all. It’s so convenient as we live in Ware, however the service makes me not want to use the shop anymore.
