I had an issue with depositing money into the in-branch ATMs this Saturday; my bank notes were too curled up from where money had been stored in rolls. I still tried to deposit my money into one of them after a poor attempt at straightening it all out. Consequesntly, the machine swallowed some of my cash and I was very frustrated at this.
Luckily, Donna was there to help calm me down and assist with getting my lost money out of the machine and credited manually to my bank account the following Monday, kindly followed up by Sarah over the phone.
I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Donna and Sarah's effort in helping me get my lost money into my bank account. Thank you and best wishes to you both; I hope your management see this review and commend you appropriately.

She was absolutely fantastic with me, explained everything to me in simple terms and if i didn?t understand at first she would explain again without me feeling awkward. She didn?t know this but I have autism and explanation need to be simple. Fantastic!!
